Howler Summer 10mile Trail Race

Welcome to the Howlers Summer 10mile Trail Race!  A gloriously challenging trail across the beautiful Holcombe Moorlands...

The trail boasts 1700ft of ascent that offers 360o panoramic views across Ramsbottom and beyond... The trail will be flagged. However, as we always say, no runner should rely solely on flags as members of the public have been known to remove or move them. Therefore, it is every trail runners responsibility to learn the route where possible or have a gpx or a marked map. 

All runners will receive a GPX file of the route.  Note.  GPX files require the correct file reader to open.  Such as Garmin, Viewranger, OS Maps, Suunto Moves and such like. 

Due to the high C-19 transmission rate, this will be a plastic / cup free event... 

There is a healthy 3hour cut off on this event  with a cheeky finishers medal for your hard efforts.  1, 2, 3rd place trophies will also be available (Male and Female categories).
