About the event
The Haldon Heroic is a Gravel Ride / CX sportive. All routes are fully signed and marshalled. We provide downloadable electronic routes compatible with most devices or you can follow the route on your mobile phone using the free RWGPS app
There will be a professional photographer out on the course, taking action photos as a memento of your day with us. All photos are free. There will also be a professional Sports Massage Therapist available at the HQ (optional service – not included as part of your entry fee) and a Bike Wash Bay (free to use – included with entry fee)

Organiser
Our mission is to deliver excellent endurance sports events to a wide range of ages & abilities. Our events include triathlons & duathlons, open water swimming, gravel and road cycling sportives & road & trail running races.
We work #CENSOR# delivering excellent events. And that is a challenge as no venue is perfect and dealing with landowners, traffic, councils, the general public & other stakeholders can be tough.
In October 2020 we moved some running races, previously co-organised as part of the Wild Night Run Series, under the Sportiva umbrella. And in August 2021 we acquired some cycling sportives, previously run by Just Event. Like all event organisers we’ve had a tough couple of years with the pandemic but are hoping for a return to near-normality in 2022.
We couldn’t deliver these events without a great team of people including Helen Simcoe Walker, Nigel Evans, Dawn Lamerton, Rachel Harvey & Tim Mockford.
