AFAN FOREST 10K, HALF MARATHON & FULL MARATHON & 10K - 25th June 2022

Introducing the Afan Forest Tough Runner Trail Marathon, part of the first ever Tough Runner Trail Festival. Set to be an outstanding 26.2 mile course, this race will take you on a journey both mentally and physically through the beautiful surroundings of the epic Afan Forest Country Park. Over the last few months, the team at Tough Runner UK have been working closely with Natural Resources Wales to develop a course that is challenging & extremely awesome!

TRAIL HALF MARATHON

Introducing the second edition of the Tough Runner Afan Forest Trail Half Marathon, part of the popular Tough Runner Trail Festival. Set to be one of the most exciting challenges in the UK this race will take you on a journey both mentally and physically through the beautiful surroundings of Afan Forest. Over the last few months, the team at Tough Runner UK have been working closely with Natural Resources Wales to further develop a course that is safe, challenging and totally AWESOME.

The Half Marathon course takes place within Afan Forest with some awesome single trail tracks that will certainly keep you entertained. If you have run the Hoka Half Marathon or Buff 10k in Afan before, you will LOVE this!

TRAIL 10K

 Due to Covid-19 this event has now been postponed to Saturday 25th June 2022 – 10:00AM Start

Introducing the second edition of the Tough Runner Afan Forest 10K, part of the popular Tough Runner Trail Festival. Set to bring one of the most entertaining events in the UK this race will take you on a journey both mentally and physically through the beautiful surroundings the Afan Forest. Over the last few months, The team at Tough Runner UK have been working closely with Natural Resources Wales to further develop a course that is safe, fair and challenging. The 10k course will have some stunning scenery through the beautiful forest with a mix of up hill climbs followed by scenic downhill with spectacular scenery.

Please Note: there is now a £5 pounds parking fee this event, this is payable to the marshal at the event festival entrance. Parking is limited please care share if possible.
